I am very mentally ill.
We are diagnosed professionally with BPD, CPTSD, Anxiety + Depression. We are a system (not certain if osdd or did), our therapist has confirmed we have "alters" but did not diagnose + we had issues with that therapist. We are in the process of finding a new one. We have chronic pain as well.This means I will talk about my experiences and symptoms often. This also means that at times I may not be the most talkative due to symptoms + having a full time job. Please respect this boundary and understand if you choose to interact.
